Is it possible to make a fiat bravo into a GTI?

i have a fiat 1.2L petrol 1999 bravo, i wanted to convert it into a GTI, would this be possible for about a �400 budget? also can this even happen? and if so, where do i find the GTI engine because i dont know if you can fit like a golf gti engine in a bravo...many thanks
