Hmmm...can u guyz give me tips?

my fwens sometimes avoiding me.......i dont noe y....but one day i ask them....they said "its not".....but still when i chatting wif them....they dont reply.....and lastly they said " im out" "im bz"......can u guyz give me tips how to talk to them......and are they really avoiding me???
