Really Strict Parents ?

So I have this friend and she has really strict parents, well her mom is super duper strict. I mean, my friend doesn't even allow to go to a friend's house or anywhere basically. Not even after school activities. Like once, we had to do a big project for French cl which is to shoot a French video. To shoot the video, we had to go to the mall. So she spent like a week convincing her mom to let her go to the freaking mall. She finally said yes but there has to be someone watching us. Come on, we're 14. We don't need a babysitter. So we got my mom to go to the mall with us but my mom had to leave early so she left us there. We didn't mind spending time at the mall alone. There were 5 of us. So like every 5 minutes, her mom would call her and like pressuring her about going home early. But since she kept on interrupting our video, we can't really actually shoot anything much. God, I hate her mom so much, not to be mean. Even at home, her mom is making her do all these chores. She only makes my friend do the work and there are like 5 kids in that house and 2 of them are teenagers. I think her mom doesn't like her. So what can I do for my friend to keep her from feeling...hurt, damage, suffer?
