Tubes Tied After 11 Years trying 2 get Pregnant. Help. ?

Alriqht so My mom had her tubes tieded 11 Years ago & I have done some research & it says after 10 years it can get un-tieded & My Mom's drinking: Lydia Pinkham The liquid 1. If u don't know why it is it's a Medicine you drink to try to get pregnant. & Me & her are wondering if there can be a possibilty 2 get pregnant. Thxs it would help Alot. :)
