Where should i buy a bra for a good price (read description)?

I wear a 34 c and I'm only 13. I don't want a plain bra thts just white or black. I don't want an underwire (its uncomfortable) and I'm too young for a pushup. Nothing at victorias secret target ross or vanity faire vorked. Please help!!!
