well nothing goes wrong if untreated but the discomfort but you could go see and ask the pharmasist for an over the counter cream thats not very expensive like vagisil or monistat that will help.but iff you have that regularly you should go see a gyno to get the proper meds there,s ome pills you can take for it to go away but you need a prescription for those.
