Is this a healthy/balanced days food for weightloss? And...?

do I need to change or improve on anything? BREAKFAST:porridge made with skimmed milk LUNCH:homemade soup(carrot,leek,turnip,lentils,pearl barley and chicken), Ryvita minis and reduced fat hummus DINNER:bolognese made with extra lean beef mince and 300g veg, 150g cooked spaghetti. SNACK1: 1 orange. SNACK2: 1 apple SNACK3: 40 calorie hot chocolate . I also had 200ml of skimmed milk. This was 1200 calories. I am 5ft 2 and weigh 162 lb. (I`ve lost 20lb so far). No excersise, I`ve got a cold.
